Further down, we explain how the store is organised, what you will find in each collection, which help page answers which question and the quickest route for common tasks, from starting a team order to exchanging a size. How Hood Haven is organised

Hood Haven sells custom pullover hoodies, kids and youth hoodies, crewneck sweatshirts, and zip-up hoodies and quarter-zips. Every item is made to order once you check out, then printed or machine embroidered and shipped from the USA. The store has three layers:

1. Collections, which group products by who they are for or what style they are.
2. Product pages, where you choose colour, size and quantity, and read the details for that item.
3. Help and policy pages, which explain ordering, sizing, shipping, returns, payments and your rights.

The main menu at the top of every page leads to the collections, and the footer links to help and policy pages. The automatically generated list above shows them all in one place and only includes collections that currently have products.

Want to see everything at once? The shop page lists every product across all collections, which is handy if you are comparing a crewneck with a pullover or looking for a design that comes in both adult and youth sizes.

Finding the right product

Start from who is wearing it

If you know who the hoodie is for, the collection names do most of the work. A coach’s quarter-zip is in Coach & Staff or Zip-Ups & Quarter-Zips. A hoodie for a nine-year-old striker is in Kids & Youth, or in Team & School Hoodies if the design should match the rest of the squad. A hoodie for a sports mom who wants her daughter’s name and number on it is in Sports Mom & Dad.

Start from the occasion

For a family reunion photo, go to Family Matching. For a whole team, start with Team & School Hoodies. For a graduation or alumni gift, look in Varsity Letter. When it is cold on the bench, a zip-up or quarter-zip may be easier to wear over layers than a pullover.

Reading a product page

Each product page shows the design preview, the colours and sizes available for that item, the price and a description. It also reminds you how personalisation works. Choose your options, add the item to your cart and repeat for other sizes or colours. Before you check out, have a look at the Size Guide if you are unsure about fit.

How to personalise an order

There are no custom text fields on our product pages. Personalisation happens in one place:

1. Add the hoodies you want to the cart, with the right size for each.
2. At checkout, find the order notes box and type the names, numbers, team names or dates exactly as you want them printed or embroidered.
3. For a team, write one line per player with name, number and size, so each hoodie gets the right details.
4. If your design uses a logo or photo, reply to your order confirmation email, or email support with your order number, and attach the file. By sending it, you confirm you have the right to use it.
5. Check the spelling before paying. We do not send a proof, and you have 24 hours after ordering to email us with corrections.

Quick routes for common tasks

Ordering for a whole team

Start at Team & School Hoodies, gather sizes with help from the Size Guide, add each size to the cart, and list every player’s name, number and size in the order notes at checkout. A parent ordering fourteen hoodies in mixed adult and youth sizes would end up with fourteen lines in the notes, one per player.

Fixing a typo after ordering

Email us within 24 hours with your order number and the correction. Someone who typed “MADISYN” instead of “MADISON” a few hours earlier can still have it fixed. Cancel or Change an Order has the details.

Sending a family set to two homes

Place one order per shipping address. The Family Matching collection makes it easy to repeat the same design across both orders.

Exchanging a size

If a youth YM turns out too small for a growing child, email us within 60 days of delivery. We send a free return label and you choose the new size. See Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Ordering from outside the US

Shipping is free to Canada, Australia and New Zealand too, and transit time is the same 7-14 business days estimate. Import duties or taxes depend on the destination country’s rules, so a gift to Ontario or Auckland follows local rules there. See Shipping & Delivery.

A parcel marked delivered that you cannot find

Check around the property and with neighbours first, then email us with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier. Start from Order Tracking.

Sending a gift

Choose a design, enter the recipient’s address as the shipping address and your own details for billing. If you are not sure of their size, the gift section of the Size Guide has ideas for finding out without spoiling the surprise, and a wrong size can be exchanged within 60 days.

Ordering a coach’s top with a name

Browse Coach & Staff or Zip-Ups & Quarter-Zips, pick the size, and type the wording, such as “COACH RIVERA”, in the order notes. Check capital letters and spacing, since that is exactly how it will appear.

Looking after your hoodie once it arrives

Wash it inside out on cold and air-dry it, and avoid ironing directly on prints or embroidery. Care questions are covered in the FAQs.

Sharing the right link with other parents

Team parents often organise orders for a group, and it helps to send everyone to the right page before collecting sizes and names. Some useful links to share:

Cart, checkout and your account

Your cart holds the items you have chosen until you are ready. From there, go to checkout to enter your details, shipping address and order notes. You can check out as a guest or sign in through My Account, where you can see past orders. Having your past orders in one place is useful when you reorder for a new teammate or a sibling and want the same design.
