We print or machine-embroider each hoodie after you order. There is no proof step, so spelling matters: “Madison” and “Madisyn” are both real names and we print exactly what you type. If you notice a mistake, email support@hoodhaven.shop within 24 hours and we will fix it.
Fit is unisex. Many parents size up for room to layer over a jacket on cold game days; the Size Guide walks you through it. Shipping is free to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, prepared in 1-3 business days and delivered in about 7-14 business days in transit.
